What do I do to fix this? It was working prior to the latest update. I have already checked and JavaScript is enabled in the Firefox browser settings. Is there another spot that I have to check? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Are you sure it isn't saying Java is required? Java and Javascript are two very different things. How to allow Java on trusted sites

Yes I am sure of what it says. "JavaScript is required for this page".

If you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
