timing out

When trying to view messages in my folder, it just sits there trying then timing out after a while. I delete messages in folder only to get a message saying that it can’t. Can’t send any emails out, it will just sit there trying then it times out.

Make sure Thunderbird isn't blocked by a personal firewall.
