My hdfcnetbanking site opens after I enter the cust.id. But, in the page I find that the slot meant for entering password is already full of dots which cannot be erased to put in my password. As a result, I am denied use of my netbanking facility. Why is this happening. Can you help to normalize the operation?

Are they dots, or * ? That may be the password manager. Have you tried just logging in as is?

Can you select (highlight) these dots with the mouse?

Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?
