Thunderbird is not working for us at all. This has been going on for three months, since 11/15.

Not able to receive nor send out messages. When trying to get new messages, it takes a few minutes to load then receives a pop up.

"Connection to server...(our email) then server time out.

and what email provider are you using?

Have you checked your firewall is not blocking Thunderbird?
