Frequent Redirect and Permamently moved

Suddenly I am getting these errors and the redirects may or may not work. When they do work it directs my to the exact URL that I was attempting to access in the first place.

. . . . redirects may or may not work . . .

Is that what the message says?

Your two screenshots seem to have different issues:

Images #1 and #2: The font used to render some icons is not loading.

Could you check here:

"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options

In the left column, click Content, then on the right side, the "Advanced" button.

Make sure you have a checkmark for "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

Image #2: Video type isn't supported. Hmm...

Please visit these two test pages and tell me the results:

(A) The YouTube HTML5 test page: do you have all blue boxes except the last one? If you have other red boxes, which ones are they?

https://www.youtube.com/html5

(B) On the following page, scroll down past the table at the top -- that is not a live test, just old information -- to where the players are supposed to appear, and try the H.264/MP4 tester:

http://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html

Does that one work?
