I go to the add-ons page, and none of the images are loaded. I have tried refreshing Firefox, clearing cache and cookies, I have tried just about everything Firefox says to try, and it still doesn't work. I got the page to work one time a couple of weeks ago, but since then, I haven't been able to get on it again.

hi michelleckerson, in case you are using eset security products please disable and reenable tls/ssl-protocol filtering once as described in their support article at http://support.eset.com/kb3126/

I don't have that. I have Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows. This is my work computer, so unfortunately I'm unable to make changes. However I don't think is has anything to do with the security because it worked for me for one day, but now it won't work again.

it usually has something to do with security, intercepted connections and certificates not being trusted.can you access those two links or do you see an error message instead?: https://addons-discovery.cdn.mozilla.net/disco.css https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/static/img/icons/firefox.png

It gave me an error message for both. It says "The connection to addons-discovery.cdn.mozilla.net was interrupted while the page was loading."

hm, if it's a corporate environment maybe that's done on purpose so that users can't install extensions? Websites don't load - troubleshoot and fix error messages

I considered that, but why would I be able to use it for a day then?
