Flash player loading error - won't load anymore. Can't watch videos or TV shows online using Firefox. I have 64-bit Windows 7 Pro on a laptop, Adobe Flash version updated to latest. Not tech savvy, d/n understand jargon in the FAQs. What do I do (English, please)?

You can try uBlock Origin as a replacement for Adblock Plus to see if that has effect.

Hi, copy the address of this post, then close Firefox. Now paste into another browser such as Internet Explorer and follow the instructions below to uninstall, then reinstall Flash NPAPI for Firefox.

When you've done, close the browser you are using and open Firefox to see if it works.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!
