How do I transfer logins saved in Old Firefox data to my refreshed profile on Windows 10

I recently ticked the option for "Your browser seems to be running slow, Firefox?" Following this, my saved logins were saved to the Old Firefox Data on my Windows 10 desktop. How do I import/transfer these to my new profile, please?

In a new Firefox window, type about:profiles in the url bar and press enter, then click on the Open Folder button next to the profile under local, not root. Now on the Desktop open the 'Old Firefox Data' folder, highlight every file in there, right click and select copy, now go back to the profile folder you just opened from Firefox, right click and select Paste.

Then Restart Firefox, and you should be up and running again!
