Tried all fixes for firefox can't load websites and it still doesn't work.
I applied all suggested fixes under "Firefox won't load websites but other browsers can" and it still doesn't work.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?

I take it you can access the web using another browser, Yes?
Press the Alt or F10 key to bring up the toolbar. Select Files.
