Hi mborko, you mentioned that Manage Data does not show any data remaining, but you see that there is data remaining. Where are you seeing additional data remaining?

Hello jscher2000

Bevor Clearing: Die gespeicherten Cookies, Websitedaten und der Cache belegen derzeit 550 KB Speicherplatz.

Cookies und Websitedaten (0 Bytes) Zwischengespeicherte Webinhalte/Cache (550 KB)

After Clearing: Die gespeicherten Cookies, Websitedaten und der Cache belegen derzeit 418 KB Speicherplatz.

Cookies und Websitedaten (0 Bytes) Zwischengespeicherte Webinhalte/Cache (418 KB)

Nothing in manage data mentioned (empty bevor clearing and after clearing)

If I understand, you selected both the first and second options under Clear Data. The first category was cleared completely. The second category -- cache -- was not cleared completely:

418 KB does not seem like a lot of content to me, but you are entitled to be curious about what is in there.

There is a page to view the files in the cache. You can type or paste about:cache in the address bar and press Enter to load that.

Is this about data in local storage (i.e. the cookies column is empty)?

Thanks jscher2000 for the hint.

Now, three month later and some Windows 10 and Firefox Updates later, the effect of the 418 kb, still stays in my Firefox but only in one user (not the admin user)

I will try to look the information about the storage inspector (next quote) and the next step will be to clear Firefox on the point zero or to deinstall and reinstall Firefox on my PC

interesting, but i can not solve the question with this information. it is too much of IT Administration for me as a normal user

418 kb still not deleatable.

Next try. Deinstallation of Firefox and Reinstallation of Firefox. Lets see what happens

What do you see in Manage Data (Daten verwalten)?

Nothing before the New Installation

Now I habe installed Firefox for new and by this Moment the Problem does not exist any more. Everything is fine. Lets see if the problem will occur in near future
