How to reverse left and right mouse buttons?

With all of the applications (except FireFox) I use on my desktop, the left mouse button scrolls by one screen, and the right button scrolls to the cursor position. How can I swap the left and right mouse button behaviour in FireFox to match everything else's behaviour?
