Buttons across the top above the blackout have: SEND SPELLING SECURITY SAVE

"Attach" belongs between Spelling and Security as in the how-to article. Leaves me two ways to add one and one way to add more than one:

Drag and drop as many as I want

Write "attach" to trigger the missing attachment reminder for the first one.

I used to have it before a recent update!

Edited to fix what I wanted to be one line above the other, also clarification

It's over there at the right hand end of the toolbar. Seems to be an odd new default position for it.

You can use right-click|customise and move it where you want it.

Zenos, THANK YOU!

Sure enough, I found it ---> way over here. Your instructions worked perfectly for me to move it back to match the How-To article's placement.

A!ways a good idea to read the release notes for new versions. https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/60.0/releasenotes/
