I accidentally sync my F- Fox account to this I-Mac. I Deleted it. Then downloaded Fire Fox again. All my info showed again, on this I MAC os x El Capitan. I am trying to install F-Fox as new for someone else's use! Where is the profile so I can delete it?

Even if reinstall Firefox, your Firefox data stays on your computer. If you want to actually delete your Firefox data, you need to use the Profile Manager to create and remove Firefox profiles.

Hope this helps.

Link sent appears to be windows related for removing Profiles, I need a link for finding the Profiles on OS X El Capitan on an I Mac:

Keep this in mind Firefox is not install,, I need to delete the stored profile!

Ok. If you want to find your Firefox profile, you can do so by following this page.

However, the far easier and safer thing to do is to install Firefox and then use the profile manager to create a new profile and delete the other profiles. If you manually delete the profile folder yourself, you risk creating issues if the future owner of this computer installs Firefox.

If you really do want to delete manually delete the profile, you are better off to completely delete the entire Firefox folder from the Application Support folder.

Hope this helps.
