cannot open program. Wants ro restart computer all the time

Cannot open the program at all. Every time I try it says that I need to restart the computer to get it to work but I have now done this six times, also tried to reinstall but when it tries to do that the message comes up that I need to restart the computer. If I say no, the installation closes down. If I say yes, then the computer restarts and I have the same problem again.
