One possible reason for this is if Firefox and the server cannot agree on SSL encryption parameters. That either would exclude all Firefox users (server settings issue) or it could be caused by changes you made in about:config (probably not?). Another possible cause is a "filter" of some kind between Firefox and the server (e.g., corporate proxy, parental controls). Can you retrieve the file in Edge for now?
