Hello... I regularly need to insert bullet points into my emails. I do not use paragraph spacing but whenever I put in bullet points into my email, all the text after the bullet point section is double space/paragraph spacing and I cannot change it back to 'Body Text'

I have tried the 'uncheck the checkbox 'Use paragraph format instead of Body Text by default' - it does not work.

Please advise, thank you.

This is because the bullet point uses double spacing and you have not unchecked the bullet option to end the formatting.

So, either type all the lines you want to bullet point, then highlight thoe lines and select the bullet option you desire.

OR if selecting bullet point first and then completing all the lines you want to bullet point and click enter, so you have a blank bullet, then uncheck the bullet point option.
