Zoom on Firefox not working

I teach a college course online at Foothill College, and I am unable to see my Zoom account. I can see it on Google Chrome, but I prefer working in Firefox. Can you problem solve this issue?

Thank you,

Prof Doren Robbins

Good Evening, Professor.

Is this problem when you are trying to link to Zoom within the Canvas app? Another user Canvas user reported getting an error along the lines of:

Unauthorized Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again.

On Firefox, my Canvas site has a link to Zoom, when I open it nothing's there. It does open in Google Chrome, where the technician said to try. But I've been with Firefox since the beginning and I'm comfortable here. What can do?

Is there any "support" for this issue?

Can you show us what you see in Chrome and also Firefox? I don't use zoom so educate me. ;-)

Hmm, blank page with no message is difficult to diagnose. Is it embedded in Canvas, or is it opening on the Zoom site? If the address bar doesn't show a Zoom address, try right-clicking the blank area, expand This Frame, click Open Frame in New Tab.

One possible reason to get a blank page is a failed redirect. Please make sure the redirect block is turned off:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

More info on about:config: Configuration Editor for Firefox. The moderators would like us to remind you that changes made through this back door aren't fully supported and aren't guaranteed to continue working in the future.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste access and pause while the list is filtered

(3) If the accessibility.blockautorefresh preference has a value of true, double-click it to restore the default value of false
