How do I prevent Microsoft Teams from launching automatically every time I open Firefox? I assume there is a "Start Menu" somewhere that I can remove it from, but I haven't been able to find it (the "Start Menu").

Here's what I got from a Microsoft page site:

Some browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari, don’t support Teams calls and meetings. Some browsers, such as Internet Explorer 11, Safari, and Firefox, support the Microsoft Teams web app but don't support some of the Teams calling and meeting features

So as to why you got it running would indicate you got some other installs that installed that software and is running in the background. Firefox isn't part of Microsoft so this request should be directed to Microsoft team support for help.

I wonder if a Teams page somehow got embedded in the Shortcuts on your home page??

To prevent msteams: links from auto-opening, go to the Applications list on the Settings page and change the action for msteams to "Always ask". The instead of auto-launching Teams, Firefox should show a dialog asking how to open the msteams link and you can cancel it.
