When I opened my craigslist bookmark, OfferUp appeared instead. I don't use it and never have.

My problem is, I need to know how they did that. Does it mean they have access to my computer. When I set a new bookmark for craigslist, all my old craigslist bookmarks appeared again, and OfferUp was gone.
