Mozilla does not have the resources to provide the call centres that would be required to provide free one on one support by phone, chat, email, ticket etc for free to use products, even if only provided in North America. Mozilla does have direct ticket support here for their subscription based products as the users paid for it as part of the subscription. Subscription products are the Mozilla VPN and the premium or plus versions of Firefox relay, Mozilla Monitor, Pocket and MDN Plus. Pretty much none of the web browsers have one on one support except perhaps some options for Enterprise users because they paid for it. They also use some form of community support forum for their support. Generally any application that has one on one support is either a paid for or subscription based like some antivirus clients for example.
