The error message says "Whoops! Something went wrong. Please try again." I am using the 3.6.6 version.

This has nothing to do with Firefox. Twitter has been having problems a lot lately due to the massive traffic.

You sure? It's been like this for about 3 days for me. Anyone else having this problem?

I cannot be 100% sure. But I know Twitter has been down on and off for many days now and sometimes it will also give you that error message. Next time when this happens, there should be a link from Twitter to show you the status. Click on that link and you'll find some details.

I have been getting the same error message for about 2 weeks on 2 different computers. Checked status on twitter and there's nothing listed about the 'whoops try again later' error message.

Same here with me. Twitter always says "Something went technically wrong" when clicking the 'more' link.

I started Firefox in safe-mode to be sure it's not because of an extension. Needless to say it also occurs in there. I also allowed javascript execution, Cookies, disabled AdBlock and RefControl but nothing. Just constantly the same error.

FF 3.6.6 / Ubuntu 10.04

This is not a Firefox problem. The issue is on Twitter's side. I get it too

@Firefox4life78

That makes sense. It was suddenly working again today. Is this documented somewhere on Twitter's side? I checked that yesterday but Twitter Status doesn't mention it.

I've been getting that message too. On firefox, googlechrome, and explorer. Still not fixed. But works fine on mobile.

I get the same error message on Firefox, but I can connect with Twitter on Explorer every time.
