I get "Our apologies — streaming is not supported on this browser" from Netflix instant play, but I have resources to spare, so that's not the problem; it works with IE, but not Firefox

I get the following message when trying to use Netflix Instant Play from my PC -- Our apologies — streaming is not supported on this browser. Complete System Requirements

To watch instantly, you'll need a computer that meets the following minimum requirements:

   * Windows
         o Windows XP with Service Pack 2, Vista or Windows 7
         o Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher; or Firefox 2 or higher
         o 1.2 GHz processor
         o 512 MB RAM

I have more than enough resources, am running FF 3.6.10. I do not have the same problem with IE on the same machine, and my laptop, which has less ram and a slower chip, also works great.

Your UserAgent is missing the code that says your browser is Firefox 3.6.10 .

That fixed it. Thanks very much.
