PLEASE HELP! I've closed ALL of my toolbars (by right-clicking and closing each one), now I have NO menu or toolbar and I have no way to navigate! I have right clicked in the area where a toolbar would be to try to re-open them and I don't get that option! I need my toolbars back please!

Firefox 3.6+ versions have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.

Hit the Alt key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
The F10 can also be used on most PC's to temporarily reveal the Menu bar.
