shortcut for work offline in firefox for mac osx?

how do i create a shortcut key for "Work Offline" in the file menu? i am running firefox on mac osx 10.6.6 i tried to add a shortcut from mac's SystemPreferences>Keyboard>ApplicationShortcuts added Firefox.app, "Work Offline" and "cmd+option+shift+O" and i can see it is configured in firefox's file menu however, firefox does not respond to my choice of shortcut...

A possibility is a Work Offline toolbar button:

You can try to use the Keyconfig extension with this command: 

BrowserOffline.toggleOfflineStatus();
