I want e-mails from web pages to go from a live.co.uk address instead of my Orange address - how do I set this up?

I'm running Firefox 3.6.13 and Outlook 2010 in Win 7 Home Premium on a Samsung netbook. When a web-site says 'contact us' and opens an e-mail form in Outlook it selects my Orange address and POP3 connection - which doesn't work! I'd like it to select my 'live' address (which I access by IMAP in Outlook). Where can I set that preference?
