Firefox 5: reload button is greyed out!

This happens on Yahoo! (my browser homepage) and even on this site. Note: No URL is displayed when this happens.

Screenshot

I opened a new browser to get troubleshooting info. Same issue. When I closed the troubleshooting tab, the original page now shows the URL and the reset button is enabled...

(When I closed it and opened a new page -- the issue returns.)

I didn't have this issue with Firefox 4.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I might have resolved my issue. When I read the troubleshooting information, I noticed that I still had the "NetExtender" plug-in installed.

This was used to access the VPN at my last job. Since I didn't need it anymore, I deleted it -- and I haven't seen the issue since.  :-)
