I'm unable to open a new tab.

When I click on the "plus" sign to open a new tab, nothing happens. Same as when I right click on a link and try to open a new tab. I don't know if it's a virus or what...?

This issue can be caused by the Ask.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)

Your system details show that toolbar in the user agent as TEXT
