Firefox Scrollbar appears in very light color, it is very hard to locate. It would be better, if it is in darker color

Make sure you are not using a Themes or Persona.

Switch to the default theme

Check and tell if its working.

Try a different theme (GNOME > Look and Feel > Appearance) in your Ubuntu Linux distribution or try to find a Firefox theme that has scrolls bars that stand out more clearly.
