I"x" out of Firefox and when I try to sign back in I get the message "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system".

If I sign out of Firefox, why does it say I still have to close Firefox to get back on? I never have to do anything to close Firefox (it is already closed, of course).
