why cant I use my mouse at the top of a web page to click or scroll down but it works on google chrome
when I start up firefox and open a web page I cannot scroll down unless the scroll button is half way down I cannot close programs that are at the top of the web page either

Recently, the Yahoo Toolbar and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause that problem. They seem to overlap invisibly over the top of the web page display. If you have either or both, uninstall or disable them/it, or see if an update is available that solves the problem.
