I wonder whether Adobe Presenter uses the Flash plugin? Perhaps something in this article will help?
I am still having this problem and I have tried to downgrade to Flash 10.3 with no luck
Hi paulcu, could you give a sample URL to a presentation that has this problem?
Also, try to update to Firefox 17.0.1, see if that fixes the issue. Update Firefox to the latest release
