Firefox moves my Firebug icon

Every morning when I start Firefox, my Firebug icon is in the wrong place. I move it back every day (by customizing the toolbar), but it never stays where I put it. I think this is a Firefox bug because this has only been happening since I upgraded to Firefox 14 portable. I was using FF 12 portable previously and did not have this problem.

On one day, I opened FF and almost ALL my extension buttons were gone or in the wrong place, but it only happens consistently with Firebug.

You can check for problems with the localstore.rdf file.

I think maybe Firebug just doesn't want to be moved. There's actually a plugin for a Firebug icon that can be repositioned, which suggests it likes to be in it's default location. The localstore tip may work, but I didn't want to take the time to try it. I've already gotten used to the regular firebug position.
