The Spice Mi-350 doesn't have a fast enough CPU for Firefox. In the future, support for slower phones may be added, but there is no ETA.

The Spice Mi-350n has a MediaTek MT6573 at 650 MHz (800+ is recommended) and is a ARMv6 when a ARMv7 is needed for current releases and it has only 256 MB RAM when 512+ is best.

The lenovo a60 also has same ARMv6 MediaTek MT6573 cpu at 650 MHz.

It is possible the ARMv6 build on http://nightly.mozilla.org will work with your device.
