using win 7 dell laptop mozilla 17, having trouble printing coupons only on my computer in color, I cleared mozilla history, upgraded versions of mozilla and still it only prints in black & white, can you help?

This sounds like a problem with Windows or your printer. Try printing some coupons with Windows Internet Explorer. If you see the same problem, you will know it is not related to Firefox.
