I have read all the FAQs and tried everything in the forums and knowledge base and Adobe Flash continues to crash. I have even installed older versions but now they no longer work because I get error messages that I need to upgrade to a newer version to view this content.

I have no problems with flash in any other browsers only firefox and looking for some solutions to this issue that myself and thousands of others are experiencing.

Recent crashes of certain multimedia contents (this includes Youtube videos, certain flash games and other applications) in conjunction with Firefox are most probably caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and/or a malfunctioning Real Player browser plugin.

In order to remedy the problem, please perform the steps mentioned in these Knowledge Base articles:

Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems

Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again

Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox

Thanks for the reply but if you notice in my first sentence I state that I have already tried what you have recommended.

Not only have I tried it once but several occasions.
