Is there a toolbar or add-on that can put New Events / new tasks buttons inside of the Edit Contacts Area of Thunderbird

We have a sales person at our company that is very familiar and used to the Outlook Address Book functionality. He goes in to edit notes / details about that contact from the edit contacts screen, then on the toolbar in that same screen he can click New Calendar Event / New task to set a follow up appointment, so that the task or follow up appointment is automatically linked to that contact.

The same functionality exists by going to the lightning calendar, then creating a new task and linking in a contact, but it's not as user friendly when you can't do it from the same screen. Is this currently possible?
