I got a new laptop. My old one had the latest version of Firefox, with a sync account. I installed FF on my new laptop, signed in to sync, and I'm logged in. However, the bookmarks on my old FF have not come into my new one. Under the Sync settings on both browsers, all the boxes are checked. Can someone please help me? Thanks!

You are probably using "old" (more useful, IMO) Sync on your old FF, Mozilla allows users to update existing Firefox installations and use old Sync but NOT with fresh installation of Firefox.

Depending on how old is your old FF, you may need to first update it, so that it will be able to login to the new Sync and upload your old Sync settings to the new Sync: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-update-to-the-new-firefox-sync
