Updated to 37.0.2 and hourglass and pointer now rapid flicker on any site that has requires Adobe Flash player. Adobe Flash player has to be reloaded at each computer boot up or that/any web site says download Flash player. Unable to play YouTube videos just get a blank screen. I have uninstalled Firefox with Revo Uninstaller, which includes all registry entries and user profiles. Re-installed Firefox(basic) to have the same symptoms. Uninstalled adobe flash player and re-installed - no change. ALL WORKS WELL on IE 10. Pointer and hour glass steady , am able to watch YouTube videos. Help ?

Problem sorted ... the pointer/hourglass flicker/blinking only happen on Firefox after updated to 37.0.2 and ceased when Firefox was shut down.

I tried all but everything - unplugging USBs and external hard drives, shutting down processes in task manager, Using facilities in RUN - 'msconfig' and 'services.msc'

At wits end - I deleted both partitions on my hard dive and reinstalled Windows OS and of course Firefox, problem gone.!

Simple eh?

Thanks anyway. John
