how can I automatically copy myself in my emails?
I use 2 computers in my business. I do not use "the cloud". I want all my emails that I send from my home computer (MacBookPro) to show up on my work computer (PC w/ Win 8). I am using Thunderbird on both.

Are both computers accessing are the same email account? It sounds as though you are using POP3 to access your mail instead of IMAP. If you were using IMAP, you would see identical folders on both installations of Thunderbird, because they would simply mirror what is stored on the server. However, it may not be worth the disruption of changing that now if you don't mind having different sets of messages in your two Thunderbirds.
I haven't checked it myself, but according to the support article, you can set automatic cc's/bcc's here:
Tools | Account Settings | <account name> | Copies & Folders
Note: you might need to tap the Alt key to display the menu bar to use the Tools menu if you do not normally keep it displayed.
