I need to use differents addons in different versions of Firefox.

I have 2 firefox versions installed, the regular one and the developer edition, is there a way to use different addons for each version cause it seems to sync up..

Yes you can do it. To do so, create a different profile for your developer edition. See this how to create a new profile: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles.

Developer Edition creates a new Profile upon installation. That DE Profile will have different extensions and themes (i.e. - add-ons) than the 'regular one' Profile installation - unless you changed DE to use the 'regular' Profile. Does your DE installation now use the black theme? Or does it use the light colored theme? (like the 'regular' version uses)

It was all fine, until I used SYNC, then both versions started to use the same add-ons, for some reason. I will check the Profile thing and keep you guys posted.
