I factory reset my pc and I'm wondering how I can get my bookmarks back for free

Hi, assuming you don't have Firefox Sync - How do I set up Sync on my computer?, I'm not hopeful, but you can can try this: Open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Restore, and see if you have a backup there.
