I tried several different files and still crashes, the error message i get is whea_uncorrectable_error, this is only happening since i upgraded to windows 10. When I try uploading the same files into an email attachment on internet explorer or Microsoft edge, there is no problem, why and how can I fix it?

Thank you,

In the meantime I believe that is a hardware error: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/i.../windows8-whea-uncorrectable-error.html

It is possible that Anti-Virus software is causing problems. Try to disable Anti-Virus software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that has effect.

You can check the Windows event log for details.

Hey guys, thank you for the response, I do not have an anti-virus except windows defender, so not sure it is the anit-virus. Further more I sent about 2 hours doing diagnostics about my hardware, looks fine, no issues. If it is a hardware problem, why only with Firefox and not with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge?

Thank you in advance,

Have you had any luck fixing this problem, I'm having a similar one.
