Firefox stops due to unwanted programs. How do I fix

The users to our webpage are reporting a red page error from firefox regarding unwanted programs. I contacted the host and they ran virus scans against the account and have found no issues. I have run virus scans against my source code and have found no issues. What is causing the problem?

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Is that the page that open if Firefox detects that the page is reported as a malware or phishing page

Firefox uses a Google service to check pages. You can check the page via the Google Safe browsing website and contact Google for details.
