How to transfer bookmarks when migrating from Windows 7 to 10 on different laptops?

I have tons of bookmarks on my old laptop (under Windows 7) and I would like to transfer these to my new laptop (under Windows 10). Can I transfer some file?

You can export your bookmarks from the older device and then import them into to new device. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer But if you are using 'Tags' for Firefox bookmarks, those 'Tags' will be lost.

In that case, you can use a JSON backup file to transfer your bookmarks. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-bookmarks-from-backup-or-move-them

Also, what about your Logins / Password data? And other user data? Would you want to transfer that data, too? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data
