How can I lock Firefox from updating my titlebar?

I use tabs and wish to have one browser window open per subject so i can open multiple tabs per subject in one browser window to keep everything organized. In order to tell the browser windows from each other I would like to set permanent title bars.

The title of a window is always the title of the active tab in the window (specifically, the <title> in the document in that tab). I think you would need an add-on to modify that behavior.
