why i will always be in safe mode otherwise mozilla is not working good

when i open mozilla there are lines in the bottom of the monitor. If i will put mozilla in safe mode, everything is allright. How can i fix this problem, to work in regular mode, not in safe mode?

Hi, try turning off Hardware Acceleration as shown near the bottom of this article - Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
