We were able to receive emails and all of a sudden we cannot. Checked the settings with ISP and are correct. We are on windows 10, but have been for awhile.

We all of a sudden stopped receiving emails. Can send, but not receive. Checked with ISP and settings are correct. We have been on Windows 10 for quite awhile. We really miss Mozilla. Please help!

Tried all that and nothing works. Any other suggestions?

If possible, access the account through webmail and delete the messages one-at-a-time, starting with the ones that arrived just after it stopped working, in case one of them is causing an 'ice jam' and stopping the new messages from being downloaded.

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the Copy text to clipboard button and paste the information into your reply.
