Low framerate when watching Youtube, only happens on firefox

first things first, tried disabling hardware acceleration, disabling webgl in about:config, updated graphics drivers (always) this only happens in Firefox, and while I love Firefox, I've had this issue for at least 6 months, and its getting annoying having to switch browsers anytime a HTML5 video pops up on as more and more websites stop using flash.

I've looked around and the only suggest fixes are the ones I mentioned/some variation of the Webgl disable and the only other thing I can thing of is that Firefox doesn't get along with my R9 390.
