adobe flash niot working for chat avenue on lastest firefox

hi i have the latest version for firefox and can no longer join any chat rooms on chat-avenue web site i dont see the option adobe flash player or what ever its called and gives u the option to tempory allow or deny etc since this dam update and i cant see how to fix it etc and im upset with this and might go back to google if i cant find a fix sorry thank u
