On Mozilla Support Site(s) - How do you Refine the Search Critera

Using the "grey" entry box at the top right of the page - how can I get the search function to accept : edit and eBay and descriptive or +edit +eBay +descriptive and return only posts that have these three words? I am trying to search for forums and their listings containing just these words.

Hi, you are better of using google with term firefox+edit +eBay +descriptive

Is there a issue can help you with ?

Try using + between words in place of and on the Advanced Search form:

https://support.mozilla.org/search/advanced

For example, in the Support Questions category (the other forum is about the site itself, not about the products):

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/search/advanced?a=1&q=ebay+%2B+edit+%2B+description&sortby=1&w=2

Tried this: "Try using + between words in place of and on the Advanced Search form" doesn't work Search returns hundred's of "suggestions," Really................

The results page link I gave you should have 23 results. Check that you have one space on each side of the + just as you would if you were using the word AND (the + replaces the AND) when you enter your query:

I looked at the selection ("23 results"), none had all the search terms. So why were they selected.

I did try google, without success. Though, some "problem" entries were listed.

I also tried + eBay + description + edit + problem + no change

No suitable listings.......................

In some cases the search engine includes non-exact matches that have the same word stem, so it's not a precise search.

I don't understand this query:

What is the problem you are trying to solve?
